Terms of service
The rules for using this site, the limits of what is promised, and who is responsible for what.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using OmniTools at https://leenaabhishektools.in, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the site. These terms apply to every visitor, whether or not you use any tool.
2. The service
OmniTools provides a collection of browser-based utilities. All tools execute within your own browser using standard web technologies. The thirty core tools are free and require no registration. In addition, an optional pack of ten premium PDF tools is available for a one-time payment of ₹15, which grants lifetime access to those tools.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability, and tools may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
2A. Premium PDF tools and payment
The premium PDF pack unlocks by a single one-time payment of ₹15 (fifteen Indian rupees) for lifetime access. It is not a subscription; no recurring charge is ever created. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and OmniTools does not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
On successful payment you receive a membership key that restores access on other devices or after clearing browser data. You are responsible for keeping this key. Refunds, cancellations and delivery are governed by the refund policy and the return & cancellation policy, which form part of these terms. Prices may change for future purchases, but any payment you have already made is unaffected.
3. Acceptable use
You may use OmniTools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. You may not use it to process content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, that infringes another person's intellectual property, or that constitutes material sexualising or endangering minors.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure, deploy automated systems that place unreasonable load on the servers, scrape or republish the site's written content without permission, or represent the service as your own.
Because the tools run entirely in your browser, the operator has no technical means of monitoring what you process and does not do so. Responsibility for the legality of your use rests entirely with you.
4. No warranty on tool output
The tools are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
No representation is made that any tool will produce accurate, complete or reliable results. This applies with particular force to the calculators. The EMI, GST and AdSense earnings calculators produce estimates based solely on the figures you supply. They do not account for fees, charges, statutory changes, individual circumstances or any factor not entered. They must not be relied upon for financial, tax, legal or business decisions.
You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it. Always retain original copies of any file you process — image compression and format conversion are lossy operations and the original cannot be reconstructed from the result.
5. Your content
You retain all rights in any file, text or data you process using the tools. No licence to that content is granted to OmniTools, and none could be, since the content never reaches the operator. The operator neither receives, stores, accesses nor claims any interest in it.
You warrant that you have the right to process any content you use with the tools, and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual property
The OmniTools name, design, source code and written content are the property of V Abhishek and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
You may not copy, reproduce or republish the site's written content, reverse engineer or redistribute its source code, or create a derivative service using its code or copy, without prior written permission. You may link to any page on this site freely, and you may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
7. Third-party content and advertising
This site displays third-party advertising and contains links to external websites. The operator does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, products, services or privacy practices of any third party. The inclusion of a link or an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement. Any dealing with a third party is solely between you and that party.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V Abhishek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use this site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and whether or not the possibility of such damage was advised.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on the output of any calculator, from data loss where an original file was not retained, from any interruption or unavailability of the service, and from any third-party content or advertising displayed on the site.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to one hundred Indian rupees, reflecting that the service is provided free of charge.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V Abhishek from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
10. Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
