What this site collects, what it does not, and the rights you have over both.
The short version
Files and text you put into the tools on this site are never uploaded, transmitted or stored. Every tool runs inside your browser. There is no account system, so there is no account data. What remains is standard web analytics and the cookies used by advertising partners, both described in full below.
Files and content you process with the tools
This is the most important section and the one most people are here for.
Every tool on OmniTools operates entirely on your device using browser APIs — the File API, the Canvas API, the Web Crypto API and ordinary JavaScript. When you select an image, paste text, enter a loan amount or type a password, that data is held in your browser's memory for as long as the page is open and is discarded when you close or reload the tab.
Specifically: no file you open is uploaded to any server. No text you paste is transmitted. No password generated here is recorded. No date of birth, loan figure or traffic number you enter is stored. No copy is retained anywhere, because no copy is ever made outside your own device.
You can verify this. Load any tool page, disable your internet connection, and continue using it. Everything works, because there is no server involved at any stage.
Information collected automatically
Like almost all websites, the server hosting OmniTools records standard log data when a page is requested. This may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and the date and time of the visit. This information is not linked to any personally identifiable data and is used to understand aggregate traffic patterns and to diagnose technical problems.
If analytics software is in use on this site, it collects aggregate, non-identifying usage information such as which pages are visited and which country visitors are in. It does not receive the contents of anything you process with a tool, because that content never leaves your browser.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. OmniTools uses cookies and similar browser storage in two ways.
Necessary storage set by this site. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It contains only the word "light" or "dark", is never transmitted, and can be cleared by clearing your browser data.
Third-party advertising and analytics cookies. Advertising partners, including Google, set their own cookies when adverts are served. These are governed by those companies' own privacy policies rather than by this one.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking them entirely. Blocking third-party cookies does not affect any tool on this site, since none of them depend on cookies to function.
Google AdSense and third-party advertising
This site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may include other third-party advertising vendors and ad networks.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve adverts based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve adverts to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the internet.
Google uses the DoubleClick DART cookie to serve adverts to visitors based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google advertising settings page.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising by visiting aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Third-party ad servers or ad networks may use technologies such as cookies, JavaScript and web beacons in the advertisements that appear on this site, and these are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. OmniTools has no access to or control over the cookies used by third-party advertisers.
Log files
OmniTools follows the standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites, and all hosting companies do this as part of hosting analytics. The information collected by log files includes IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamp, referring and exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. This information is not linked to anything personally identifiable. Its purpose is analysing trends, administering the site, tracking movement around the site and gathering demographic information in aggregate.
Children's privacy
OmniTools is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. Because the tools operate entirely within the browser and no account can be created, there is no mechanism by which a child could submit personal information to this site.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to observe and guide their children's online activity. If you believe a child has provided personal information in some way, contact vabhishek39@gmail.com and any such information will be removed promptly.
Your rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 governs the processing of digital personal data in India. Because OmniTools does not collect personal data through its tools and operates no account system, the personal data it holds is limited to server logs and any information you voluntarily send by email.
Where personal data is held, you have the right to obtain confirmation of what is being processed and a summary of it; the right to have inaccurate or misleading data corrected, completed or updated; the right to have your personal data erased; the right to nominate another person to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity; and the right to grievance redressal. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access your personal data, to request rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. The lawful basis for processing server log data is legitimate interest in operating and securing the website. Your rights under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected about you, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal data. Data security and retention
This site is served over HTTPS, which encrypts the connection between your browser and the server. Because the content you process with the tools never leaves your device, it is not exposed to interception, server breach or unauthorised access through this site. Server log data is retained only as long as necessary for security and diagnostic purposes.

OmniTools contains links to other websites. This privacy policy applies only to OmniTools. If you follow a link to another site, read that site's own privacy policy — this one does not govern their practices, content or activities.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time, for example if a new advertising partner is added or a legal requirement changes. Any revision will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
