Return, cancellation & delivery policy
How a digital product is delivered, why there is nothing to ship back, and how to cancel an order.
1. This is a digital product
The OmniTools premium PDF pack is a purely digital product. There is nothing physical to ship, and therefore nothing to post back. "Return" here means undoing a purchase rather than sending goods to an address.
2. Delivery
Delivery is instant and automatic. The moment your one-time payment of ₹15 is confirmed by Razorpay, the ten premium PDF tools unlock on your device, and you are shown a membership key. There is no waiting period, no email attachment and no download to install — the tools simply become active on the site.
Save your membership key. If you clear your browser data, or want to use the tools on another device or browser, you can re-enter that key on any premium tool page to restore access instantly. If you lose it, email us from your payment address and we will look it up for you.
3. Returns
As the product is digital and delivered immediately, it cannot be returned in the way a physical item can. What we offer instead is a fair refund policy: if you were charged without receiving access, charged twice, or a tool genuinely does not work as described, we refund you in full within 7 days of payment.
4. Cancellation
The premium pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing recurring is ever set up, so there is no ongoing payment to cancel and no risk of being billed again in future. You pay once, and that is the end of it.
If a payment is stuck as "pending" or you believe an order went through by mistake and you have not yet used the tools, email vabhishek39@gmail.com straight away with the subject "Cancel order" and the payment date or Razorpay Payment ID. If the tools have not been used, we will cancel the order and refund it in full.
